Common questions
How is the 50 % calculated?
It is not 50 % for one person. You earn 30 % on your direct referrals' subscriptions, and 20 % on those of your referrals' referrals. The programme stops at that second level. Commissions are calculated on the net amount excluding tax actually received — that is, after payment fees and, if the subscription was taken out from a store, after the platform's cut.
How long am I paid for?
For life, as long as the person keeps their subscription without interruption. If they cancel, the commission stops. If they subscribe again later, they are no longer attached to your link. A failed payment followed by a successful retry is not an interruption.
How is a referral attached to me?
Your referral has to create their account from the site, through your link. It is that account that carries the attachment. After that it does not matter whether they subscribe on the web or from the application: the commission is yours. Somebody who installs the application from a store without going through a referral link cannot be attached.
How long does my link stay active?
60 days. If somebody clicks your link and subscribes within the 60 days that follow, the commission is yours — even if they did not subscribe straight away.
When and how am I paid?
Every month, once your acquired balance passes the payout threshold. Your dashboard shows what is acquired, what is still pending, and what has been paid out.
Do I have to be a customer to take part?
No. Joining the programme is free and does not require a subscription.
Does my link give access to my Boards?
No. A referral link identifies you for the commission and nothing else. It gives access to none of your content, your Boards or your account.
Can I promote my link publicly?
Yes, on two conditions. You have to state clearly that you earn a commission — that is a legal obligation, and in the United States the FTC requires it for any paid recommendation. And you have to stay factual: do not advertise guaranteed earnings.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. You can leave the programme at any time. Commissions already acquired remain due; those attached to subscriptions later refunded or cancelled are taken back.
