Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Xboards application, published by Payrolless, LLC, on Android and iOS, and of the site www.xboards.co. Installing or using Xboards means accepting them.

Xboards replaces the system keyboard. Typing, gesture input, suggestions, correction, the personal dictionary, emoji, Boards and the clipboard are provided without limit and without an account.

Dictation, translation, rewriting and GIF and sticker search call remote services and require an account. They are offered within a monthly allowance on the free plan, and without a ceiling on Premium.

An account is required only for the features that call our servers. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what is done from your account. You may request its deletion at any time by writing to [email protected]; the account and the data attached to it are then erased.

Premium comes in two forms: $9.90 per month billed annually, or $14.90 a month on the monthly plan. Billed $118.80 a year. 7-day trial, cancel any time.

The subscription is sold and charged by Apple's App Store or by Google Play, depending on the device, and not by the publisher. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least twenty-four hours before that period ends.

Cancellation is done in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: the Premium features stay available until then, and nothing is charged after that.

Refunds are governed by the terms of the store that took the payment, and are requested from it.

The 7-day trial is offered once per store account. At its end, the plan you chose is charged, unless it is cancelled before the trial ends.

Premium is digital content supplied immediately. By requesting immediate access, you agree to the service being performed before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period and waive that right, in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French consumer code. This takes nothing away from the store's refund terms.

You agree not to circumvent the usage limits, not to automate calls to the remote features, and not to submit unlawful content to translation, dictation or rewriting. Manifestly abusive use may lead to the account being suspended.

We do everything we can to keep the service available, without guaranteeing it is uninterrupted. The remote features depend on third-party providers and may be suspended, changed or replaced.

The liability of Payrolless, LLC shall not exceed the amounts actually paid for the subscription over the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

These terms may be amended. Any substantial change is signalled in the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting it.

These terms are governed by French law for users resident in France, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any action: write to [email protected].
